1. BDP-xD – Horizontal Slicer with Disk Blades
BDP-xD is a high-performance horizontal slicer equipped with circular blades, designed for partial slicing of bakery products. Two slicing options are available: a partial cut from one side or both sides, leaving the middle section uncut. This solution is ideal for sandwich buns or filled rolls.
Slicing types: Partial cut from one or both sides
Number of blades: Up to 4 circular blades
Capacity: Up to 15,000 units per hour
Conveyor width: Up to 700 mm

The BDP model uses band blades to horizontally cut bakery products into 2, 3, or more layers. It is perfect for fast and precise slicing of soft products, such as sponge cakes or buns, in high-capacity production lines.
Slicing types: Full horizontal slicing into multiple layers
Number of blades: Up to 4 band blades
Capacity: Up to 6,000 units per hour
Conveyor width: Up to 1,000 mm
