The AUER Unicapp CNC carpentry line is fully functional for standard carpentry work and can process KVH and BSH timber in full lengths (13m). A roof structure or other wooden construction designed in a drafting software program for carpenters, such as SEMA, can be directly sent to the CNC machine. Demonstration and testing are possible.
Maximum working height with processed timber width is 26/24 cm.
The machine has a miter saw, mortising machine, drill, saddle milling machine, rabbeting and tenoning cutter, and an automatic feeder. More information is available by phone.

Total machine length is 21m, and it requires a 3x50A main circuit breaker.

This is a carpentry line for processing beams/roof structures – it combines a saw for cross-cutting and mitering, milling cutters for fitting, mortising joints, a drill, and a mortising unit. The workpiece is moved using clamping jaws along the entire length of the beam with pneumatic clamping.
