Body: 26-ton roll-off system Hiab Multilift Ultima 26S59 for containers from 5.25m to 6.75m. Fully hydraulic MULTILIFT hooklift system (roll-off tipper) in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive with CE certification for containers according to DIN 30722.
Base unit consisting of:
- Universal mounting frame made of Z-profiles, bolted to the truck frame
- rear tilting frame with container locking
- front tilting frame with tilting cylinders
- telescopic arm with telescopic cylinder
- mechanical locking between the front and rear tilting frames
Hydraulic system consisting of:
- Double-acting cylinders with load-holding valves and hose burst protection directly on the cylinders - Device control via a compact control panel with CAN bus cable, integrated monitoring lights, and electromagnetic valve control (PLC control) with two-stage operation (fine/fast) in both directions for the lifting cylinders
- Tilting frame end-of-stroke damping for gentle placement of the container on the vehicle
