RHTC supplies custom-made hydraulic portal presses/straightening presses for processing large and heavy workpieces. From an extra-long work table (recently delivered a 200-ton model with a 5000 x 4500 mm table size) to multiple portals and cylinders: we discuss your application and, together with you, develop a suitable design.

- Working width, free working height, and cylinder stroke
- Number of portals and cylinders
- Manual or motorized movement of portal and cylinder

Our realized projects include portal presses with long and wide work tables, designs with two portals and two cylinders, and presses for pressing large shafts out of gearboxes.

Even with extensive custom-made projects, the design starts with your application. We discuss the requirements, develop the design, and submit the technical drawings for your approval before production begins.

Our capabilities extend beyond portal presses. You can also request custom-made solutions for other types of hydraulic presses, from small to large, from our range. We assess each project to determine which modifications are technically feasible and appropriate. This includes hydraulic workshop presses with a wider working width (including a sliding cylinder), C-frame presses for performing tests in a laboratory, production presses for compacting powder, arch presses for shipbuilding, and four-column presses for very precise pressing operations.
