STAS 13.50 "WF 87 Farmstar"

Chassis
Manufactured using a self-supporting aluminum structure with corresponding reinforcements in the lower belt for exceptionally high stability and strength. Subframe made of aluminum, 140 mm frame height (max. 39 tons), axles and suspension: disc brake 22.5", Jost axle units 3 x 9 tons with DC air suspension, lifting and lowering mechanism, Wabco Smartboard, electronic brake wear indicator (BVA) for display in the central control unit (without central control unit equipment), 1st and 3rd axles can be lifted separately with starting assist (without central control unit equipment), 3rd axle additionally equipped with Optiturn, ECAS air suspension.

Tires and Wheels
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5, manufacturer's choice, mounted on Alcoa aluminum rims, satin finish, 11.75x22.5 ET 120 (with steel rims + approx. 120 kg).

Kingpin
Aluminum landing gears, manufacturer: Alu-Leg, 2 x 10 ton support load, swivel feet for air suspension.

Braking System
According to E.E.G. standards, two-line braking system, EBS E system Wabco with RSS system (Roll Stability Support), spring brake system acting on two axles with operation at the rear, aluminum air tank system, premium modulator.

Electrical System
According to STVZO guidelines, with 2 five-chamber lights type Aspöck Europoint III integrated in the aluminum rear panel, 24-volt system with 1 x 15-pin and 2 x 7-pin socket, with side marker lights in LED design, 2 work spotlights at the rear, 2 LED work spotlights on the side at the height of the kingpins, 1 LED work spotlight inside at the front left, operated from the outside.

Body/Tipping Body - Body fully welded inside
Front wall load 17,250 dkn, rear and side walls 10,250/13,400 dkn, aluminum tipping body, side walls made of 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm) 600 mm wide, completely welded with lower and upper belt, plank profiles fully welded inside! Floor as a sliding floor system mounted on 140 mm aluminum cross members, floor load approx. 7 tons/m2, cross members mounted closely together (approx. 350 mm), aluminum front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in a straight design, special aluminum corner profiles in a tapered design, smooth rear wall in a straight design with 2 aluminum wing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 4 swivel locking rods, mounted in the welded aluminum rear frame in Teflon and stainless steel bearings, running aluminum wall suspended in the reinforced aluminum upper belt with "Kevlar lining" for complete discharge, lateral brush seal and additional Kevlar lining on the side, integrated discharge chute with folding cover plate in the floor end, operable from the outside left rear, viewing window at the rear left, 1 sample slide in each rear door, i.e. 2 pieces, service door on the left in the front wall.

Hydraulic System "Cargo Floor" 24 plank system - smooth design!
Sliding floor system in the floor with hydraulically moved aluminum profiles on aluminum square profiles with approx. 880 PE-HD gliders, approx. 8 mm floor thickness, hydraulics with approx. 200 mm working stroke, fixed brackets on the front wall, separate possibility for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed brackets, line size NW 21, fixed brackets with size and design to be specified, operating pressure 190-max. 240 bar, aluminum end pieces welded into the floor, electrical operation at the rear left with cable operation in a lockable, waterproof box, or without hydraulic hoses.
