Bodywork:
• Execution of all required chassis modifications for crane installation, disassembly and reassembly of attachments, exhaust system, tanks, etc., and adaptation of the vehicle frame.
• All chassis and bodywork procedures are carried out in strict adherence to the bodybuilder guidelines from the respective chassis manufacturer and are executed to the highest quality.
• Complete installation of a special subframe, developed in-house and manufactured in-house from fine-grain steel, for crane and bodywork. The fully welded and bolted subframe to the chassis frame ensures exceptional torsional rigidity and perfect crane vehicle stability. A unique selling point is the subframe design. Execution is to the highest quality and painted in frame color.

• Sturdy bulkhead made of welded frame, welded 4 mm steel sheet, and 5 accessory hooks; bulkhead height approx. 1300 mm, version: painted steel, with 2 foldable lashing eyes welded on for tie-down straps.
• Cladding sheets, mudguards from aluminum checker plate (sandblasted, powder coated, and painted). Please specify RAL color codes.
• 2 x BROSSBOX toolboxes, aluminum checker plate (sandblasted, powder coated, and painted). Please specify RAL color codes; size and arrangement depend on wheelbase/available space.

New crane, FASSI F545 RA 2.27, continuously rotating, fully mounted, installed, and parametrized, with 7 hydraulic extensions and JIB L214 with 4 hydraulic extensions.
