Melting unit for hotmelt (thermoplastic) adhesives that can meet your production needs. Includes an integrated programmer for glue line management and error detection, featuring a compact, energy-efficient design. Modular unit-easily integrated on the host system. Intuitive controls, minimal training required. Temperature-controlled unit. Excellent positioning of heating elements and good insulation, together with high-standard software ensure low energy consumption while still maintaining high melting capacity. The precise temperature control together with the temperature reduction (manual or automatic) ensure stable viscosity circumstances and prevent burning of the adhesive. Due to the use of absolutely safe components and interchangeable pump and control board designs, Robatech systems are characterized by limited production costs. In addition, the volume of spare parts has been greatly reduced.
